It's an interesting situation.
Personally, I think too many base their analysis on the fact they just don't like him in general and find ways to distract from the actual agenda at play and the potential outcomes that may come.
There is far more than just Trump at play with most of these discussion/negotiations imo.... As with most politicians, he's just the marionette making the noise.
Anyway, market is happy for the time being - let's see how long it lasts.
