Have any of the STT on here read the MHM recent announcements? Could the recent Board Changes mean we have another Otsana shell to add to the watchlist?
Fadi Ismail, Bryn Hardcastle & Nicholas Young are all up to be elected as Directors at the AGM in a couple of weeks.
Although currently suspended. MHM currently has a $4.76mil MC and has a Cash Backing of around 7.5mil. Leaving a $2.7mil negative EV, which is just unreal if it does become an Otsana Shell.
For those like @TraderGT or @952i that love the Otsana Shells, any chance you could shed your opinion on how this could unfold compared to other Otsana shells.?
