Haven’t seen it mentioned anywhere, but that full page AFR advertisement a week ago for AVZ makes the last two days look a bit more ominous. What if the crew from the recent site visit said thanks but no thanks. Think it’s common knowledge that Klaus would want this to be taken over, but the question is what would Klaus and Co do with their shares if it’s evident that a TO might not be coming (same goes for ML). Taking all the reassuring email correspondences with management/ML on the AVZ forum with a grain of salt.
