Following last weeks tip, the company has today announced that 3 Directors have bought on market almost 4.6m or $195k worth of shares since the announcement of the MKM/Patientrak acquisition last week.
That includes the current CEO who already held 97m shares, increasing by 3m to 100m now held. Clearly a big show of confidence to be buying on market when most/if not all of his shares are from way before the IPO, so the willingness for him to part with another $129k for more shares on market speaks volumes.
