and doesn't make sense if you study the rules of the comp.
You can't even tip on the day, only gains are made from next days open.
The top 17 posters in the comp have 50% or greater accuracy, and around 50-60% average gains in just 20 trading days.
Meaning on average, 55% x 13 periods = 715% and at 50% accuracy (lowest of top 17) that's gross max of 357% pa.
Stop out at generous 20% and you have only reduced percentage 10% of capital.
BUT, you have to sell at the top (as comp records max gain), so lets say you get even HALF the gains in those tips
still nearly 180%pa.
and note I have not used the highest accuracy or highest % gains here.
