BGS - Hard rock lithium Co looking to apply to the ASX to come out of suspension in early Aug. If you remember it went into suspension when issues related taxations , corporate governance , compliance and disclosure were identified including misstatement of the companies accounts.
According to BGS qtly it seems legal proceedings are likely to be taken by former ousted directors.
From qtrly "...Biriman has been informed by lawyers for the entities associated with two former directors that their clients do not agree with the companies actions in determining that securities have expired..."
