First thing: no-one here should give "advice".
If you're thinking of making this a business (certainly doable), then you need to treat it as such and go and pay some bucks for a professional opinion. Finding a good/approachable accountant will be a good investment in your long long future.
There's any number of smart people on this thread, but none of them know your circumstances and none of them should offer an opinion on your particular situation. Sitting down with an accountant who you will get to know over time will be a terrific start.
