Other things you can consider to find trade ideas are:
- if directors have recently been buying shares, or if there is an incentive for the price to be higher in order for director options to be in the money etc, eg ZMI is currently in this situation as has been mentioned by @john435.
- large volume spikes with little price movement. Refer GMR around Feb this year and how it traded afterwards. DEG also fits into this category however the price is now back to where it was prior to the vol spike.
- placements above the current share price, partnerships or farm-ins with behemoth companies eg AQI with Barrick, OVL, LNY and NTL with Newcrest etc.
- anything @forrestfield tips
- anything @malmanu downramps (this should be seen as a positive IMO)
