Personally if i was looking at buying property for an investment , i would buy in Europe or UK , both have had pull backs & the dollar ratio is pretty good , you could even Air BNB the place as income if you buy in the right location's. Greece right now has a flood of US highrollers picking up cheap places around the decent islands & around Europe.
