I don't see what the issue is with these kind of posts during a trading halt. That is why the stock is halted - because the brokers are going to sophs and raising the capital so it is inevitable that some of the recipients of the offer will pass on the information. The stock isn't trading so no one can use the info to their advantage except to be more prepared for the announcement when it is released prior to trading resuming.
