    Top20 own 14mil of that, so only 3.5mil free float. 2.1mil cash and is in advanced negotiations for a lithium or cobalt aquisition.

    MC undiluted - 4.45mil
    MC diluted - 6.1mil

    Same deal makers behind it as AVZ, 4Ce and CO1
