The S&P 500 is 0.50% from the January all time high. It traded 0.33% from the all time high intraday.  Energy, +0.72% and Industrials, +0.70% led the market higher. Europe was higher. Asia was mostly higher with a 2.74% gain in Shanghai.
The big news for the day was a tweet from Elon Musk.
