As much as Stump likes us all to think that he is so wonderful at managing our markets, and supposedly wants it to be the cream of his legacy, I believe that any success he has will dwindle into oblivion. What's mostly on his mind, and as you said, 'some believe his biggest worry is the Special Counsel’s investigation into foreign election interference.'
Not only will it become his undoing and his legacy, it will consume him more every day. Let's see how that plays out in the markets.
