    Correction, the table in the Ann did not include the $3.25M raising, at a price to be determined.

    If we assume no price appreciation and it's also done @ 3.5c:

    Total FPO = 362M (mc = ~$12M @ 3.5c)

    If done @ 5c, then 282M FPO and ~$16.75M @ 5c
