Started looking into potash due to CXM. I can understand the rationale for the increasing need for potash but there doesn't appear to be a market for new developers currently??

Although arguably one of the main advantages CXM holds is that it is a locally produced product with consequently lower shipping costs. Plus it's cashed up. Possibly in for a punt
