    Not easy when a team member goes down for what ever reason .

    Its a bit like a director change you don't know what your going get then suddenly some one steps up and puts some consigned constancy to the matter .

    Then the team builds again around leadership !

    The stt darlings have always been a favourite of mine because they think differently .

    Sometimes that's what you need .

    In the biomass sometimes the male has take care of the offspring then at others the male has build the nest to attract such quality .

    Nine months of thinking im going do the best i can has an attribute to it when what they have to manage around it while the body changes hormones etc etc we don't have deal with .

    Like @ammiee whipped my arse when we did the quarterly review stuff for awhile .

    Its was the stt darlings like six were going i don't think your stock is right an i was leveraging to it .

    They saved me making a mistake an too look differently .

    Its what the stt does best when you harness the knowledge an sometimes you can become addicted to it also an have step back from it because it can take time to be resorbable to what the stt does for those who follow it .

    I used to put this up for @Freehold when i thought he was struggling in the the thread in why it works when we had some trouble .

    We are not struggling we are just in transition to be better at a time frame .
