TAR has reached a point where there is a standoff between buyers and sellers . It didn't trade for an entire month , even though it was open for trade . It has put in a double bottom. I have been waiting for a nasty dip to tip it . It may still dip lower . 2 resistance lines have become support . It also has the horizontal support line of the double bottom .
