The connection to Nitro is a bit murky and the failed acq could be something else again.
I say this because Nitro was openly named in the Nitro+placement annc on 9/10/2017 but the subsequent TH annc on 13/11/2017 and suspension annc on 15/11/2017 began using the mysterious wording "a material acquisition in the technology sector" without divulging the target.
But yes, it's been just one train slamming into another. What a farce.
