Weekly Fundamental and Technical Analysis Prospects - Week Starting 8th Aug 2016 (No. 228)

Here’s this week’s FA and TA List. The newer items first and those carried forward from last week towards back of list (some of the items from last week have a time horizon of more that one week).
All listed market caps are undiluted (and do not include escrowed shares) (Note: Max time for any entry on list will be 4 weeks after which time it will be removed).

Important Note: Remember just because it appears on the list does not necessarily mean it will rise in price... it may actually fall or do nothing. So it is critical that you perform detailed research on each stock first and make your own mind up to whether invest or not. I suggest you run a stop-loss at all times when trading/investing. How tight your stops are depends on your threshold to risk and financial pain. Lastly I take no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided by the Hotcopper posters that have contributed leads/tips to the Short Term Trading Competitions below as I do not have the time, nor resources to research and verify the information that has been provided by them. Best of Luck.!

MEB - Medibio SP -$0.325 MC -$34 mill Shares - 105 mill Cash - $1.1 mill with $2.8 mill R&D rebate due this Qr Currently in a T/H in relation to validation of trial results. About MEB - MEB is a company which has developed an evidence based testing procedure for the diagnosis of depression and stress disorders. It is focusing on commercialising its 15 years of research into circadian heart rate technology. It is based on the discovery that variations in circadian heart rates are sensitive measures for depression and other mental health disorders. The technology consists of a wearable heart monitor that sends recordings wirelessly to the internet, where a proprietary algorithm analyses and delivers a diagnosis. Their technology also provides a tool for determining the effectiveness of treatment, because effective treatment will normalise circadian heart rates. The company has also developed a test to measure stress levels in the workplace and its impact on health and well-being. Its wearable app technology is easily translated to the workplace, and the company is optimistic there are big revenues to come from the workplace stress and depression diagnostic market.

    HCH - Copper Gold in S.America [8/08/2016]
Hot Chilli Limited (HCH), M/c $28 mil, Cash $221k + $3.6mil (placement recently) = $3.8 mil, Debt facility used $6.5m USD Co based in Applecross WA, Main focus is the "Productora" Copper / Gold project in Chile The co recently sold a 2.5% share in the Productora project to its JV partner "CMP" for $1.5mil USD which values HCH's remaining share (80%) at a circa $64mil AUD, much greater than the current market cap of $28 mil. HCH has recently completed a placement at 5c per share, it is not often that you can buy on market at just above the same price as sophisticated/insto investors. The placement was heavily oversubscribed which may mean that those did not get their fill are buying on market. Surface sampling and mapping programme is currently underway. Newsflow from this may be a share price trigger. Previously the co only focussed on the Copper aspect of Productora. As the co is zooming in on the gold aspect and considering the favourable gold price and excitement surrounding gold this may be part of the reason of renewed interest in the stock. The mineral resource inventory for the project is 1Moz of gold. First drilling by the co in 2012 identified 1m grading at 57.2g/t gold, 0.3 % copper, 12g/t Silver from 37m downhole and 1m grading 5.7g/t gold, 0.5% copper and 5g/t silver from 21m down hole

Some have suggested that was a bad move, they paid to much, going bankrupt yada yada ... The way i see it is while it was a little over priced the fundamental reason for expansion is still a good one. 42492 Slater and Gordon Group Successfully Agrees Bank Facility Amendments Banks think they are good to pay back money, so do i.. MC 24m with 6m unlisted options and now 224mill options with a strike price of .55 for three years. not sure current cash position but in light of recent raisings is probably ok and they recently paid out their credit notes. My reasons for liking this stock are that like CDY it has a cash generating over the counter product to support there ongoing drug/vaccine developments. As many have noted cash burn in these companies can be high. So the over the counter products are Travelan and Protectyn. These are products that stop the e-coli bacteria from adhering to the intestinal lining and hence they pass through without infection. currently selling in the west and US with a recent deal into China. Market cap 6m approx. cash 1.4m approx at 1c Cobalt Copper Gold play. Same team as PLH who has done extremely well since the first raise at 4c. So I would expect CZN to do well as well. Reasons for tip: 1. Paul Adrian Byass and Rob Orr part of the team. Same people were involved with PLH 2. Multiple drill results of +1% cobalt. 3. minimal drilling required to define resource 4. Location of the project is well known for gold and copper resources including Mount Morgan Copper Gold mine. 50MT @ 5.9g/t au and 0.75 cu. and from the quarterly: With due diligence successfully completed, the Company will now move forward immediately with its exploration plans at the Project. These include; ? -Extending the current soil geochemistry program at Cobalt Ridge; -Induced polarisation (IP) geophysics to trace mineralisation under cover at Cobalt Ridge; ? -Regional geochemistry and geophysics across the wider project area; to be followed by -Drilling of priority targets identified, proposed to be undertaken in the current quarter, subject to satisfaction of standard regulatory approvals. Red flag: cap raise at 0.55c... the first 85m issued on 20 June seems well soaked however the placement done on 29 July might have some more to be soaked and might require an announcement to flush them out. WFE - Shell Company Looking for Acquisitons Gold-Silver-Copper-Zinc project [8/08/2016]
SP: $0.004 SOI: 823m Market capitalisation: $3.2m Cash: $623k Recently announced in their ASX price query that it is in negotiations to acquire a majority interest in an advanced exploration Gold-Silver-Copper-Zinc project. It also listed the terms of the proposed transaction although they have not been finalised as yet. Also, thanks to posters on the WFE thread, it seems that the project they are looking at is in fact the Lomero-Poyatos Gold-Copper-Zinc project in Spain, which is held by Kimberley Diamonds Ltd (ASX: KDL). Lomero is a 1km-long tabular volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposit with elevated gold content. Previous mining operations extracted at least 2.6 million tonnes of massive sulphide ore containing an average grade of 5g/t gold and 1.2% copper. KDL in their last quarterly mentioned that it was evaluating the potential for a profitable re-development of Lomero through its wholly owned Spanish subsidiary, Alto Minerals S.L. The project is surrounded by majors, including Rio Tinto, Glencore, Lundin Mining and Trafigura Mining Group. See figure below: [?IMG] However, the above is still speculation but there are distinct hints pointing to the above project. Firstly, as stated in the price query, in order to acquire an initial 10%, WFE is required to spend 400,000Euros in the first year. This is the exact amount that KDL is required to spend in the first year. As mentioned in their quarterly, “The granting triggers the commencement of the Year 1 expenditure commitment of 400,000Euros…” Noting KDL’s cash position, I believe that they will be desperate to get a farm in partner who can cover these expenses. Quarterly (KDL): [?IMG] ASX price query (WFE): [?IMG] In addition to that, it is noted that both company share similar board of directors with Alexandre Alexander (Non-executive chairman of KDL) and Noel Halgreen (Managing Director of KDL) are also directors of WFE. [?IMG] If the above is accurate, with a market cap of only $3.2m, it is in my opinion that WFE has the capacity to multi-bag. This is an advanced project with great potential due to historical mining and nearology. According to the recent ASX price query announcement, it seems that negotiations are already very advanced for them to even have the terms disclosed. If there was much uncertainty, I don't think the company would have detailed this to the public. DYOR as always. PS: Sorry for re-post - pictures did not upload last time. Charterrierist 10

Lithium in Spain Potash in **on fpo: 138M mc: $34.5M @ 25c Cash: $9M ev: $25.5M @ 25c It’s gone up as much as 300% since I tipped it at 9c but the acquisition of the advanced San Jose lithium project in Spain has changed the goalposts for PLH. Having raised $3M @ 8.5c only a few months ago, they this week ran a heavily oversubscribed placement with instos and sophs, raising $6.6M @ 22c. Not a bad effort in three months. Given they had sufficient funds to commence maiden drilling at their potash project in **on and no huge monetary obligation in the ST at San Jose, it suggests they will be looking to progress quickly with their lithium fieldwork and feasibility study. The market is awakening to the truly staggering disruptive capability of the Hazer process. It can synthesise Hydrogen and Graphite simultaneously from Methane and Iron Ore. People are starting to realise that the Hazer process can disrupt the market due to the lower overall cost production. In addition if the methane is sourced through renewable means, like Biomass, it has a negative carbon footprint. It actually locks up carbon, rather than emit Carbon Dioxide. Hot Chilli Limited (HCH), M/c $28 mil, Cash $221k + $3.6mil (placement recently) = $3.8 mil, Debt facility used $6.5m USD Co based in Applecross WA, Main focus is the "Productora" Copper / Gold project in Chile The chart shows the following: - Down trending stock for the last year - Massive volumes have been entering the stock in the last month, especially in the past 4 trading sessions - 5 base or floor in the last few weeks, appears to be support - In the past 4 trading sessions where volumes have been very high, the first three of these four trading sessions the price did not move up. It is key to note today that the price moved off the support of 5 and up to 5.5 (high 5.7). This is important as it suggests to me that supply is easing in low 5 level or that the buyers are becoming more aggressive. It is also bullish that the volume today was very high to accompany that green candle - Possible reversal underway HCH.PNG hch1.PNG

Shares 352 mill MC: $148 mill SGH.png The two volume bar's marked in red are a pattern i see as accumulation, with in two weeks from now we should see another major volume day but this time lifting the SP a lot higher. I say two weeks because the time difference between the two red marked is that. Read the play, make your own rule$

DKO - Lithium in Pilbara WA [8/08/2016]
Lithium Explorer looking at Lynas Find in WA plus Tenements in Nthn Portugal (Portugal is the leading lithium producer in Europe; it also has public policies deemed to be highly supportive of mining: it ranked in the global Top 10 of all countries in the Fraser Institute 2015 Survey of Mining Companies for Policy Perception Index, an assessment of the attractiveness of mining policies.) SoI: ~570M Fully Dil. (plus another 60M IF they find specific amounts of Li. ) MC: ~40M (Fully Dil) Cash: $14.1M as at a week ago. SP: 0.07 On the 2 May 2016 the Company completed a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors raising $12.3M (before costs) by the issue of 61,658,473 Shares at $0.20 per share. You can see from the chart below, the SP dropped not long thereafter and you can see from the 'Vol on Price' bars that nowhere near the recent placement shares have been cycled through since. Hence they are well under water (if they haven't already offloaded at a loss). So if they are still in, they have a good reason to push the SP back up to placements levels. Indeed, the SP has been consistently sold well down since then, despite repeated annc.s noting elevated levels so Li bearing spodumene mineralisation at both projects. And the stock has been barely traded (Vol wise) for the last 3 weeks. Nevertheless the 2nd graph below shows an Asc. Triangle in play (albeit on minimal Vols) with a break upwards with slight increase in Vol on Friday. This thing is due for a run up imho. EOR - Oil & Gas Explorer [5/08/2016]
Oil & Gas Explorer SP: 0.008 MC: ~$3M Cash: ~$168K SoI: NO Idea This is a bit of an enigma to me and a definite gamble. I have been unable to find a quarterly to tell me exactly how many shares are actually on issue. They seem to be acquiring some Indonesian Oil & Gas field, but this appears to have been ongoing since July last year and announcements appear few and far between. Nevertheless they are still trading and not suspended. Likewise Volume and Liquidity appear ...... limited, at best. And with all this, cash each quarterly seems to hover around the $168K mark, yet there are no CR's appear to have occurred. So I expect a pump for a CR sometime soon - possibly. Stock presently trading near year lows with minimal Volume. So WHY would I expect this to go up you ask? MACD has crossed over. RSI is about to cross over the longer term RSI and the price has risen above the 10 day MA. Last time it got down this low and same characteristics occurred, it went on a run to the year's high. Steep Rise over previous 3 weeks - Flag shaped retrace over last week Volume decreasing to almost nothing over duration of retrace. Close today on Doji with no volume says to me no-one willing to sell at lows. If I've plotted it correctly, target upward of some .025+.
