I'm hearing it will likely re-list earlier than 22/09 and scalebacks to take place in the next couple of days, after brokers place offers.
Given that vendors + LM are escrowed and most of the old register who wanted out should be out by now, I can see this being a really tight listing. One would also suspect (as per the previous, 3.5c CR) that the company will be selective in who they decide to issue shares to, to maintain the integrity of the register.
