Is 7.0% also a high underwriting fee for a micro miner (< $20m market cap) in the situation? If not, what is a more standard fee? @minoil Hunter Capital's fee for the SRZ raise was also 7%... looks like the same terms as THD give or take. Just wanting to learn what is reasonable at this end of the market. Cheers
