FA: Should receive their $1.25m USD this morning from four Asian cornerstone investors, as per the company's recent annc. They are playing $25m in total for a 51% share at 3.8c per share. So, almost a 70% premium to current price.

TA:  After reaching the 2.8c highs, has dropped down to current level - volume too - basing itself around the 2.3-2.5c level. Has been accumulated at much lower levels, under 2c. Inital target of 3.5c comes into play, but expect a surge to 3.8c to occur.
