done a 0.9c placement raised $1m and recent $500k SPP oversubscribed....
really really low trading volumes since placements so sticky hands (management done mates deal by get them on board before acquisitions given RMX already have $1.9m before announce that placement and sep) wait for big gain than pips imo...

$12.3m fully diluted
$3.1m cash plus $3m account receivables, looking for Cobalt/lithium/Gold, GTT boys $1m+ money put in and also assist for acquisition..
MRQ
$5.6m MC
$1.8m cash
Peak Assets assist for acquisition with Cobalt and Lithium, TH already and out TH tomorrow..
will assess the term and project itself tomorrow, however, (given what WFE have achieved, 600m at 0.5c pending, still managed 3 baggers in 2 days, from 0.6c pre ANN, and rose to 2.3c day 2, so there should be more appreciations after news announced tomorrow for MRQ, IMO)..
