I'd like to get peoples thoughts on BSM?

Full disclosure, I'm invested in them, but they've had a good run of news recently and seem to have bounced from their cap raise - a good update yesterday and a sale announcement today make it look like a decent play. The only concern I have is the fact that a) it's a small small cap stock and therefore comes with all the risks associated with that, but also b) the level of dilution in the shares.

Has anyone looked into this?
