Was up about 4K worth of green early arvo, better half wanted to go on a 'forest walk' god bless her. Something in back of my mind was taping out the tune 'sell into strength'. Ignored it as a FW is supposed to be invigorating or so I'm told.
Well on return the 4k green morphed into $100 red (thanks 4ce main culprit, even pulled a sell at 10.5c in am as did not think it was in play)
Showed the better half, she was amazed at my lack of reaction.
No 'BS' her comment was 'jesus, your lack of reaction would do a farking ninja justice'
Took it as a badge of honour.
In all serious did reinforce one of my mantras, 'bank the profit its a spec'
Usually quite good at this, have left money on the table over time can't be argued but have also accumulated capital while dodging more than one train wreck.
