My sister hasnt touched carbs for close to a decade, her entire metabolism is keto based and she eats fatty meat, she hasnt touched plant material at all in all that time, but I lack the discipline. The diet you describe is not strictly a ketogenic diet as it has plenty of carbs in the plant based foods, but does depend on the amount as well. Less than 30g carbs per day in an otherwise healthy male is a very healthy way to live, if you can sustain it and avoid the vegan horde of lunatics wanting to tax meat
