    Man I've tried all kinds of diets but keto by far is the toughest. Needs another level of mental discipline, I've lasted 5days which is not enough to see results but my body just dies out and I feel moody.

    I've got mates that have gone through past the 7day mark into multiple weeks of keto which is usually when your body metabolism switches up to using all your fats as a source of energy and results are insane. Mentally and physically.

    I'm not in a rush for quick results or 7% b.f so I'm just sticking to a healthy diet and train like an animal, chuck in a sport or some cardio and that's enough for me haha.
