Shorten has been an absolute master of strategy for his own rise to power. 2 Labor prime ministers, with huge knives still in their backs. Funny that they were both present to apparently support him at the official launch function. Wonder what they were really thinking? Also when Shorten was a union heavyweight, he negotiated a deal that diverted penalty payments from workers to himself and the unions. Yet he is one week away from being our next PM. Not going to be a great day from Australia.
