    i think it makes a great deal of sense...but if we are browsing a chart we can
    see the dividend events( more easily if we have an event or announcement indicator.)..or just check the history if we want to check what made it move back then...id say an event adjusted chart is maybe more relevant for certain quantitative and trend studies....but that is beyond me yet . and then where do you stop...then you want to add announcents...policy changes....macro events....black swans and even the wet frogs....the chart is supposed to reflect all of that anyway ???? depends on what you are trying to do i guess...
