That's an interesting way to think about it Free. What separates you, and a few others, from those that cross the line here is that I'll bet that once you start selling then you have stopped telling all and sundry how the stock is still going to the moon.
Another common ploy I dislike is when a poster uses TA to determine when to buy and sell, with the full intention of riding the wave and then getting out, whether an hour, a day or a week. Nothing wrong with that. But they talk up all the fantastic long term FA of the stock as if they are in for the duration. When they sell and the HC masses are unhappy because they didn't expect it, they say that they are TA traders and of course they sold when the momentum went against it.
