Is the purpose of writing your custom program to enable the software using the best available TA to decide which instruments to trade and exactly when and with what quantity?
i would have thought it should be possible to have an effective trading plan with it's associated entry and exit strategy based on a much simpler model.
The great majority of successful traders would not have a clue about writing a computer program. Not trying to be disrespectful at all, just fascinated with why.
