    Giving off signals that blockchain acquisition close. Appointed blockchain expert in December and another one last week. Volumes increasing and price up 50% in last week. Has dark past but like many recent runners recapitalised, directors took up most of shortfal new board members and hot sector. Deja Vu RFN went same path 2 months ago appoint blockchain experts, acquire blockchain interests price went from 1 cent to 4.7 cents.
