How is debatable at the moment, I don't really follow the oil markets (because I don't really understand them haha), maybe someone more knowledgable can pipe in with some thoughts.

Typically risk-off in the aftermath of incidents like this, I don't know that it will last for an extended period of time though, or just how risk-off the markets will go. Stocks in Energy sector likely to open higher, maybe DRO (not held) might get a bit of interest. Probably about as specific as I can reasonably predict.
