The thing with covid is that its kill rate is too low fod a bioweapon. You’d probably want something a bit higher. I mean you wouldn’t want to make a gun that only kills 2-5% of the time. Also genetic analysis have shown that it isn’t manmade. With the current technology it’s impossible not to leave markers.
