Quick and dirty scans of financial statements (for non-accountants). Its certainly a learned skill to be able to cast your eye over different reports and spot the glaring and then subtle things.
Appendix 4C's 4D's, intangibles, EBIT vs EBIDTA .. mind boggling to start with and the cash-flow statements at least are critical in the small cap space.
