    Disagree mate yes we’ve had a major correction Realestate wise and getting closer to the bottom IMO,
    Market will be back well before 2025 inflated priced are gone good buying opportunities out there atm
    If something is priced right the market will run to it
    If its over priced theres a msg in the silence!
