Vices: Music, Deliveroo/uber eats, Chocolate , Caffeine, Junk Food, Drugs, Sport TV, Business TV, Soccer/Sport, Trading books/vids, sleep, gaming, alcohol, ....Whatever
Motivation: Travel Brochure, Pictures of a new potential purchase house /car etc, Simple post it note on screen. etc etc
