My motivation is an easier life, I have done a lot of volunteer work overseas and a lot of the time I was being support by other people working back here. The start of last year I just got sick of always replying on other people and that made me start to make trading rules. Spent the next 6 months or so watching the market then brought in to WFE, BDI and EUZ. I realize just how bad a companies BDI and EUZ are now, but I have changed my rules so I never have companies like that again and I am only investing small amounts for the first year or two so I haven't lost much. But I love it! I have play board games, card games and video games my whole life and I didn't realize just how much of that experience/principals would be transferable to the market. It like everything that I learnt from those things coming together as one, it's great! I still have a very long way to go, but I will get there. The best things I have found that are helpful for new traders are: HC knowledge libraries, trading 212 on YouTube, offworld trading company, and Poker.
