Turned out this is a Capital RAISE of sorts, and not by the huge fund announced by the company. Ouch.
How the hell do you do an investment worth circa US$300m, obviously in pipeline for weeks and not know where the money is really coming from?? DODGY! RED FLAG! Board asleep?
When I read the tip, and saw the market cap vs supposed "investment" (did take a look) I was immediately suspicious. = TGTBT...

I think we should all do a SHONK STOCK of the week award every weekend on STT. (Based on ASX info of course! ;-) Just to keep everyone on their toes in a bull market.
