I might give a heads up to the locals while I am here.
CGM - Madagascar graphite, 50% earn-in by 27th December with DNI Metals, Canadian listed company
Fundamental Analysis;
Grades of graphite are bordering on high value.
They have jumbo flakes, but that is not the ace in the hole.
All the graphite is shallow, down to 17m, the area is covered in it.
Just scrape it off the top and flog it off.
It should be producing and selling by Sept 2018.
It's only 50km from the main deep sea port and it's right next to the main highway that goes to the port.
The 50% JV that they should earn, is with DNI from Canada, and is due to be achieved by 27th Dec 2017.
All the drilling has been done, they are holding back on releasing the next lot of results at the moment.
NI 43-101/JORC report is required for CGM to earn 50% of the site, hence 27th December milestone.
DNI is already a wholesaler of graphite, they have the connections.
DNI has already mobilised container based modular graphite processing equipment to their other sites in Madagascar in the surrounding areas.
Some excellent Lithium hope in Brazil as well, they had outstanding grab samples.
wait and see I guess
