The hardest part is knowing when to sell, and actually doing it.
When I had reached my initial goal, I had to sell 95% of my holdings to purchase it. I sat and cried, relief that I had actually managed to achieve it, and then sellers remorse kicked in, I felt naked without my shares. I had enough funds put aside to pay for my expenses for a year, and I walked away from the market for at least a year. Didn't watch the news or read anything related to the markets, WW3 could have broken out and I wouldn't have known.
Market conditions had changed when I started looking again, and it was like starting all over again.
Suppose the same thing will happen again when the borders are open and I can travel.
I gave my children a living will, the best of education and support, and they are all using it very wisely. So there won't be anything left in the kitty for them, apart from the house.
