I stumbled across this guy last week. Might be a bit basic for some, hopefully some good tips for newbies. I like his laid back, genuine approach. His style is more conservative than mine. The bit that really resonated with me is the relationship with money so I've copied that video as well. That is something that I need to work on - trying to get more robotic and indifferent.
