Bit of a mixed bag for me this week. One thing that I am focusing on more so this year is patience. As a fisherman I have a ton of it. However after reflecting on 2017, I realised that I could do better when waiting for the buy price to come into my zone. Sometimes I get caught with a market buy thinking that the spreads are indicating a lack of sellers so I then think I will miss out if I wait for another 5% drop in the share price. We all see how the buy and sell sides are often manipulated by the Smart Money so I need to keep this in mind and just keep being more patient on my entries this year. This will help with my bottom line, even if it is only a small percentage but done over the whole year it will add up to a fair sum.
