Thanks @forrestfield...have learnt a considerable amount from your willingness to share a real life Case study in the 5grander in such a transparent way... nothing like the here and now...Key learnings have been ...great opportunities and great risks at this end of town where the market is not always efficient... implies if I think have done enough research.. do some more..listen..be patient and whilst, not always comfortable, learnt the most with some skin in the game.
