       Check out https://www.marketgeeks.com/   . You have to register, but do so free, without subscription. Look up Roger Scott. He has lots of swing trading strategies for options and may have a section on explaining options themselves. Otherwise, a google search "explaining options" would also give you plenty plus the adverts would give you US option houses. Perhaps your usual broker allows options trading? And an explanation possibly?

Don't use options myself. If wanting to go short a sector or major currency, there are plenty of inverse ETFs around. Only pick high turnover ones though.
