I like this image. Seems to me that trading without a plan is just a crapshoot with each trade, plus you don't learn anything.
If you have a plan and don't stick to it, then you're in a crapshoot again.
Perhaps the worst thing that could happen to a new trader is taking a wild punt and making a killing. Probably screw them up for years or until they wiped themselves out.
If this was so easy we'd all be millionaires.
