That's an absolute cracker mouse, 1982. British heavy rocks hey day. Reminds me of early Gary Moore before anyone had heard of him and Thin Lizzy the Phil Lynot days.
This next song was played on our stereo at home, it was a huge technics module system with massive wall standing speakers. It was one of the loudest stereos in the suburb.Original 12 inch vinyl fresh off the presses.
I can still remember where I was sitting on the edge of the bed, the colour of the doona cover and where my brothers sat. After I listened to the whole thing we sort of sat there and went wtf. I was only young but I had just never heard anything like it before. Probably one of the most significant pieces of the early eighties for sure.
I like the Freemasons edit but thought I better put up the original.
You could release this tomorrow and it would still go to the top of the charts.
