Hey mate. I think the answer to your question can be found in the question itself.
You own stocks that you don't know whether they are going to go up sideways or down. More of a hope type of strategy. If you dont have a target In mind for when to sell how would you be able to work out when to sell?
You need a strategy for buying and selling rather than just looking at the screen to see what happens that day.
And don't forget stocks will run and you will miss them. So what? It's part of the game that we play. If you have a strategy in place and it's working forget about what other stocks are doing. I guarantee you that there will be another JAT soon, instead of worrying about JAT go find the next runner.
