BRK land is in America, simular land and resources close by have sold for 16k per acre, these are world class oil and gas basin's.

BRK MC is currently valuing the land value at around 5k per acre and no upside for the production of 2.5 million AUS a year the are making.

the actual concept to BRK business model is a little confusing and I would love to see an updated investment presentation clarifying it some more.
