Daily chart shows multiple rejections of lows around 20 and under now, forming a nice flat base. Strong resistance level at 24 broke last month but pulled back due to oversupply. but experienced huge volume (enough to dwarf the break out day) in this pull back and is starting to rally back to test the prior swing highs again.
In terms of chart patterns, it's a classic inverted Head & Shoulders formation.
Weekly chart confirms the flat base at 20 is also a swing low point early 2016, hence also a good location to be buying at.
